Mesha is the founder and creator of a new form of movement/fitness called Danceyoga™.
Classes start with a rigorous vinyasa warm-up and then students learn a choreographed dance-combination based on yoga postures.

"Imagine if you took a vaudeville show, a handful of electronic beats, a swing band and a bunch of old movies and threw them in a Cuisinart. After a loud grinding sound, you'd pour out a 'smoothie' that's part stage show and part film with two actors playing four roles, singing duets with themselves between stage and screen. Oh yeah, and it's funny."
